Refund policy
Returns: Elaqor has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, fill out the "Contact Us" form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received, inspected, and reached a conclusion concerning your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, that the posting time of refund may depend on the bank.
Small Damage DOES NOT qualify for a replacement. Small damages include: a squished nipple, minor dents, scrapes or scratches. These can easily be fixed with at home care. Contact us to let you know how to fix small issues.
If you have shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered, but not received, please go to your local USPS to file a claim with your tracking number: Orders will be shipped to the shipping address that is entered during checkout. If there are any errors or typos, you must email within 24 hours of the purchase, so that we may make changes. If you believe your package was stolen, we will send a free replacement after a claim has been made to the shipping carrier. Upon receipt of your case number, send the case proof to elaqor@gmail.com, along with your proof of purchase and order number. The 1st replacement is at no cost to you and will only be shipped with signature confirmation. A 2nd replacement will not be sent.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom orders (personalized). We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
